I'm Tobias Weber — Senior Product Designer and UX Consultant based in Munich, Germany. My background is rooted in consulting — which means I don't just design screens, I understand the business problems behind them. I bring a rare combination of strategic thinking, technical literacy, and craft-level design execution — and I've built design functions from scratch: stepping in as the first designer, establishing practice and culture, and scaling teams as product complexity grew.
